An organization’s website is the core of the online brand presence. Hales Creative has been hired to design and develop dozens of websites as an integral part of strengthening brands. Our process begins with defining the purpose of the website within the context of the overall purpose of the organization. We also consider the solutions the website needs to provide—from e-commerce and e-ticketing to educating a specific audience on products or services offered, and from controlling member login access to collecting data and funneling leads. Our goal is to create beautiful, effective, user-friendly online solutions for our clients.

The Elevated Transit website had a number of iterations over the years we worked with this Utah-based transportation company. The evolution of this website was driven by changing needs in the organization. With the initial website, we built a custom ticketing system that enabled online purchasing of tickets. Over time as Elevated Transit extended it transportation partnerships to include the Greyhound bus system and its nationwide partnerships, Hales Creative worked to integrate a more expansive ticketing system into the website and designed it with a more user-friendly interface.

Pachyonychia Congenita Project (PC Project) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is likely the world’s top resource on the subject of pachyonychia congenita (PC)—an ultra-rare genetic skin disorder. PC Project reached out to Hales Creative to design a website that not only would be a resource to those suffering from PC and their families, but also for physicians and researchers to learn and collaborate in expanding the knowledge base of this rare disorder. This very complex website needed easy back-end access for the PC Project staff, and among other things required the ability to make a large inventory research documents available and searchable—along with controlled membership logins and customized access restrictions. The most recent major update to the site addressed mobile-responsive functionality.
